Big Pine Paiute Tribe Releases 1/7/24 Security Camera Footage


In a commitment of transparency to our members, the Big Pine Paiute Tribe has started releasing security
camera footage of the January 7u, break-in of the Tribal building.
The security footage release to members via our text alert system. shows the "shadow council" led group
coordinating and bypassing multiple security measures to illegally enter the tribal building and commit multiple
crimes that the Tribe has demanded be prosecuted to the fullest extent of state and federal law.
The release of this footage and more to come, is part of an ongoing effort to inform all tribal citizens about the
facts of the attack on our people, the government stall" and council and the multiple steps in process lo address
the situation.
We ask our citizens to participate in the next. Special General Council meeting planned for March 3 at 3:00
PM.. at ASMG. There we plan to determine the appropriate penalty options for consideration by the General
Council for those involved in the break-in and violent attack on government staff and council.
All Big Pine Paiute Tribal members 18 years and older have the option lo complete a survey to provide secure
feedback to the Tribe in determining penalty options for General Council consideration.
