Synopsis - MON FEB 16 2026

 

All eyes are on this week, as today thru Wednesday we will see significant weather impacts, as a series of shortwaves drive thru our area. Expect significant accumulations in the Sierra and Mammoth, today thru Wednesday AM. Winds will be a concern this week as well, gusts of 100 mph over the Crest and 35 - 45 mph in the valleys. So right now Mammoth Main looks to pick up some 48 - 58 inches by Wednesday morning! Bishop will see rain and snow showers, with light accumulations. We will get a "slight break" Thursday and Friday...DMATT
