Synopsis - TUE FEB 17 2026

Heavy snow in Mammoth (from a 540 dm low), today and Wednesday. By Thursday AM Mammoth Main could get as much as 52 - 65 inches of new snow. Then the next weaker storm rolls thru Thursday into Friday with another 5 -10 inches by Friday PM. Travel Warnings have been issued over the passes and along Hwy 395, particularly in Mono County. For the Valleys, rain and snow showers are likely. With all of this, we get a break Friday and Saturday...DMATT
