SBA Disaster Loan In-Person Support Begins Tomorrow

The U.S. Small Business Administration has issued an Economic Injury Disaster declaration related to the 2025 Late December Storms (Incident Period: December 16–26, 2025) making low-interest disaster loans available to eligible businesses and nonprofits in Mono County. The loan application deadline is November 6, 2026.

The SBA will be providing in-person assistance in Mono County through Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs). The schedule is now confirmed:

June Lake Community Center DLOC

• February 10–13 (opens tomorrow 2/10 at 1:00pm)

• February 17–20

• Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (except opening day)

Lee Vining Community Center DLOC

• February 23–26

• Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

• February 25 hours TBD

All businesses in Mono County are eligible and encouraged to meet with SBA Customer Service Representatives to learn more about available recovery resources.

 

SBA staff will be available to walk applicants through the process, answer questions, and help determine eligibility for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) and other SBA programs.

Businesses that are unable to meet with SBA staff in person can apply online through the MySBA Loan Portal at lending.sba.gov.
