Contract for Public Defender Services with Elizabeth Corpora

County Counsel | John Vallejo, Nate Greenberg 5 minutes Recommended Action: Ratify and approve the agreement between the County of Inyo and Elizabeth Corpora for the provision of public defender services in an amount not to exceed $230,000 for the period of April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and authorize the Chairperson to sign, contingent upon all appropriate signatures being obtained.

2024-2025 LADWP Annual Operations Plan Water Department | Holly Alpert 20 minutes (10 min. Presentation / 10 min. Discussion) Recommended Action: Receive presentation concerning Inyo County’s comments on draft 2024-2025 LADWP Annual Operations Plan and provide direction to staff as appropriate.

Workshop with the Inyo County Water Commission on LADWP Draft 2024-25 Annual Operations Plan Water Department | Holly Alpert 60 minutes Recommended Action: Conduct a workshop with the Inyo County Water Commission to discuss Owens Valley conditions and the LADWP annual operations plan.
