Increasing clouds today, then Friday another piece of energy slides into the area, with the biggest impact the wind. Plan on light snow showers over the mountains with Mammoth Main picking up about an 1 inch of new snow. At this time, it looks like the Owens Valley will have a slight chance of scattered showers (possibly T-storms), with mostly the wind. Noticeably cooler air comes with this system, with high temps only 68° in Bishop Friday. Even Death Valley has a slight chance of showers Friday....DMATT
