Our Forecast Area remains under a dry NW flow this work week. This flow is very conductive of shotwave passages, which will bring dailey afternoon breezes. Additionally, a dry shortwave will pass through our area Wednesday / Thursday, bringing windy conditions (30 - 40 mph) and cooler temperatures to both Inyo and Mono Counties. Friday that wave pushes East, with warmer conditions and signal digit humidities...DMATT
