Today a weak shortwave crosses the Sierra Crest / Western Great Basin and brings just enough moisture to support isolated, high based convection over Mammoth and the Crest. Other than that, mostly uneventful weather for our Forecast Area this week. The only concern is a PACNW low pressure system Tuesday and just how far South it will drop. Most likely scenario, we get breezy weather Tuesday, with temps hovering in the low 90s in Bishop and about 70° in Mammoth midweek onward...DMATT
