Area Forecast Discussion - Tue Jul 23 2024

Chances of t-storms continue thru mid week, with Wednesday marking the deepest moisture, with PWs 0.90 - 1.25 inches. Also strong high pressure continues to pound the heat in thru Thursday. And speaking of Thursday, a large trough will start to move through the PACNW, pushing our big ridge farther to the East about Friday. This will allow for a slight cooling trend thru the weekend, to nearer climatological norms for late July. More on this tomorrow...DMATT
