Light snow expected by Friday night in Mammoth and light rain in the Owens Valley by Saturday. All due to a PACNW storm moving into our area. Precipitation will continue thru Saturday and Sunday, with about 1 foot of snow possible over Mammoth Mtn and a few inches in the Town of Mammoth Lakes. The Owens Valley can expect only a 30% - 40% chance of showers Saturday. That system departs Mammoth later Sunday, with a brief warm up thru about Tuesday for Inyo and Mono County...DMATT
