Dennis Mattinson / Sierra Atmospheric Forecaster

Synopsis - FRI SEP 26 2025

After showers in places yesterday, today will be relatively dry. Although I still can't rule out a shower or two here and there. Then slight chances of showers return over the weekend (20 - 30%). Those showers then continue early next week, particularly over higher terrain, so light snow is possible about 10K feet. All this from the influence of trough over the PACNW. Near normal temps will continue thru the weekend, with a cooling trend likely next week.
