🏃♂️ BOYS HIGHLIGHTS
🔥 In the 1600m:
• (Jr.) Tyler Norcross placed 3rd with a time of 5:07.35
🔥 In the 3200m:
• (So.) Cuinn Green captured 1st place and became the new HDL Champion with a time of 11:34.40
• (Jr.) Tyler Norcross finished 3rd with a time of 11:40.94

🔥 The boys 4x100 relay battled through a rough handoff but still placed 2nd overall with a time of 45.88.

🥏 Shot Put:
• (So.) Wyatt Miears took 1st place and became the HDL Champion with a winning throw of 44’7”
• (Sr.) Carlos Sualez placed 3rd with a throw of 40’10”
🥏 Discus:
• (So.) Wyatt Miears took 1st place and became the HDL Champion with a throw of 155’5”
• (Sr.) Tavian Davis finished 2nd with a throw of 117’1”
(So.) Wyatt Miears continues his dominant discus season, improving to 7-0 on the year and winning by an average margin of 37 feet over second-place finishers.
🏃♂️ High Jump:
• (Jr.) Soren Davis tied for 2nd with a jump of 5’4”
🏃♂️ Long Jump:
• (So.) Hunter Dailey took 1st place and became HDL Champion with a jump of 19’7” after winning a jump-off against (Sr.) Jackson Weghorst of Kern Valley.
🏃♂️ Triple Jump:
• (So.) Hunter Dailey took 1st place and became HDL Champion with a jump of 42’5.5”
(So.) Hunter Dailey is now only 8.5 inches away from Chris Roberts’ 1984 school record.
🥈 Boys Team — 2nd Place Overall
• Kern Valley — 167
• Bishop Union — 143

🏃♀️ GIRLS HIGHLIGHTS
🔥 In the 400m:
• (Jr.) Clare Haverstock finished 2nd with a time of 1:05.35
🔥 The girls 4x100 relay overcame a shaky exchange and still finished 2nd overall in 53.46.

• (Jr.) Amaya Hays
• (Fr.) Ellie Solomon
• (Fr.) Ellie O’Neill
🏃♀️ Long Jump:
• (Jr.) Madyn Weller placed 2nd with a jump of 14’7.5”
🏃♀️ Triple Jump:
• (Jr.) Madyn Weller took 1st place and became HDL Champion with a winning jump of 30’5”, winning by nearly two feet.
🥉 Girls Team — 3rd Place Overall

🟣 Bishop Union Track & Field will next compete Friday, May 15, 2026, at Firebaugh High School in Firebaugh, California — home of NFL star Josh Allen.
The Division IV Championships feature qualifying marks only, with athletes competing for spots at the Masters Meet.
