NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: In order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Governor Newsom has signed AB 361 that temporarily modifies certain requirements of the Brown Act. The Inyo County Water Department will conduct this meeting both in person and via a Zoom webinar. At that point all emailed comments will be read into the record and the Water Commission will consider the comments as it deliberates.
