Public comments may be made:

In person: Members of the public desiring to speak on a matter appearing on the agenda should ask the Mayor for the opportunity to be heard when the item comes up for Council consideration (or complete a speaker card prior to the meeting).  Comments for all agenda items are limited to a speaking time of three minutes unless modified by the Mayor.

Recommended Action:


Approve a Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget adjustment totaling $2,491,395.00 in GL account 004-050-56027 for the West Line Street Water Main Project, consisting of the previously approved project authorization of $2,429,395.00 and $62,000.00 for the Wood Rodgers Task Order No. 23-TO-03 Amendment, both approved on March 23, 2026.

D. Authorize the purchase of two (2) Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles from Michael Hohl Chevrolet of Carson City, Nevada, in an amount not to exceed $65,000 per vehicle ($130,000 total).
